1. Service Overview
Ts Signings provides mobile notary services by appointment only. All appointments are scheduled and prepaid through our website.
2. Appointment Booking & Payment
Appointments must be booked in advance and are not confirmed until full payment is received. Payment is required at the time of booking via our website.
3. Cancellations & Rescheduling
All sales are final. We do not offer refunds. If you need to reschedule, please contact us at least 24 hours before your appointment. Rescheduling is subject to availability. Missed appointments or no-shows are not eligible for rescheduling or refunds.
4. Client Responsibilities
Clients must provide accurate information when booking and present valid identification at the appointment. It is the client’s responsibility to ensure all documents are complete and ready for notarization.
5. Service Refusal
Ts Signings reserves the right to refuse service if:
- Required documents are incomplete or invalid
- Proper identification is not provided
- The signer is unwilling or unable to sign
- There is suspicion of fraud or coercion
6. Limitation of Liability
Ts Signings will perform notarial acts in accordance with applicable state law. We are not responsible for the legal sufficiency of your documents or any consequences resulting from their use.
7. Privacy
We respect your privacy and handle your information according to our Privacy Policy.
8. Changes to Terms
Ts Signings may update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of those changes.
